The full CBOT is an intensive, 200-hour training program comprised of 22-modules (150-hours) of classroom training, resulting in a Charter Schools Development Center’s CBO Certificate of Completion. It starts with the six-day Summer Intensive, which will cover seven classroom modules , plus 15 additional modules (each approximately seven hours in length) that will be offered during the 2008-9 school year.

The CBO Training Program and Summer Intensive are both designed for California charter school directors, business officers, governing board treasurers, charter-granting agency staff, and anyone else who has significant financial management and/or oversight responsibilities and who are committed to attending and participating actively in a rigorous training program.
